Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on August 11 and August 14, 2023 found that Personal Home Healthcare and Hospice had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure incident investigation survey completed on June 14, 2023.
